I found an American-made Mid-Century teak "surfboard" shaped coffee table on the street when I lived in New Jersey.  Since finding this coffee table (now my favorite piece of furniture) I've been on the constant look out for other Mid-Century-esque pieces to complement it.  I've been in luck lately finding a slew of Mid-Century with a twist pieces, above is a collection of such pieces that could be perfectly paired with a period piece.
