Having studied at Yale's Norfolk School of Art, Vassar, and RISD,
Corydon Cowansage seems to have a stronge education to support her artistic endeavors and Cowansage's work seems to reflect this statement. Her work presents austere suburbain settings painted with an emphasis on clean shapes and lines. Her work forces the viewer to feel apart of the eerie sun drenched spaces so beautifully conveyed in her most recent work. I can't wait to see the evolution of this already exciting young painter.
