Walter Van Beirendonck's Spring 2012 collection is my favorite, in my recent memory, of the Belgian designers work. The bold patterns and colors used to create traditional garments are extremely current and relavent for the direction mens fashion is going.
Normally Beirendonck leans towards the more outrageous looks with cartoon illustrations and bodysuits. This season was paired down, presenting accessible looks with classic Beirendonck twists. The best part of the collection is the coordinating patterned pants and shoes as well as the extremely adorable short sleeved sports jacket. I'm really lusting for this collection and think others will too. I said it once and I'll say it again, I can't wait for Spring 2012 to come!
