I love the Spring Summer 2012 look book for jewelry brand Ambush. The collection was inspired by the 1973 film The Holy Mountain directed by Alejandro Jodorowsky. The jewelry and correlating look book is filled with ancient mystic and occult symbolism that seem surprisingly fresh and modern. Soon available this June.

Spring 2012: Alder

Alder's Spring 2012 collection was inspired by a trip to Mexico City. The bold colors and patterns Nina and I saw on our trip served as the starting point for our acid trip at the country club concept. Neon colors and patterns came together to give classic silhouettes a new look. I'm so happy to share these great new pieces, all available at Alderboutique.com.

The Bold and the Beautiful

I posted Olasul's look book last spring and I'm happy to post their Spring 2012 look book this year. I love the brightly colored basics shot against the bold background. I know it's a little early to be shopping for swimwear but I just love those turquoise, orange, and yellow color blocked shorts and that yellow bike, to die for! Kenzo-esque

The cover of the January/ February issue of Surface features the stunning Kenzo Spring 2012 collection created under the retail masters, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim. l love the simple print and apparently CB2 did too. You can buy a Kenzo-esque pillow in green or chartreuse for $29.95 a piece. I may not be able to afford a Kenzo garment (nor do I wear women's clothing) but I can definitely fit one of these in my life.
