ISAORA

ISAORA is a menswear company influenced by snowboarding and adventure. At ISAORA, the designers choose to use high performance fabrics and notions and "take [their] ecological footprint seriously and are always looking for ways to reduce [their] environmental impact." I love their printed poncho and their dropped crotch union suits. You can shop the full FW 2011 collection at isaora.com

the twentyten Fall Winter 2011

the twentyten's fall winter 2011 collection is a series of desert hued garments featuring unique fabrications such as recycled plastic and a digital print of garbage. Despite the tough gritty thoughts those materials may bring to mind the collection is still soft and feminine.

Men's Fall 2011

The most exciting trend this past Fall 2011 Mens Fashion Week was color.  Not a little color here and there but solid brightly hued garments filled the runways of Paris and Milan. Orange pants, blue coats, and yellow sweaters are everywhere.

Raf Simons' purple knee-length jackets are a personal favorite.
Dapper minimalism muffles the bold color making them seem surprisingly wearable.
One thread that ties the color trend together is this minimalism.  Clean simplicity seems to be the norm with a preppy back to school vibe. Mens Fall 2011 is color goes Ivy League.
