Angela Lansbury, one of my favorite ladies of all time, is on the cover of the newest issue of The Gentlewoman. I can't wait to pick up an issue with photos shot by photographer Terry Richardson (those glasses sure look familiar!) The Autumn & Winter publication is available September 15th in the UK and worldwide thereafter.

Amazing Bodies

One thing that I will always be amazed by are the incredible bodies of athletes. I'm far from athletic. In fact, the only thing I was good at in high school gym was "fitness walking." Anyone with any physical coordination and athletic ability completely wows me. I love these images of the stripped down olympians from ESPN's 2012 Bosy Issue. I love seeing the athletes caught in mid-movement. See more all the pictures at espn.com.

 

An Unlikely Pairing

These images of corset designer Gabriel Moginot where shot by photographer Armin Morbach and styled by Ingo Nahrwold for the second issue of Horst Magazine. I like the unlikely pairing of activewear and lace corsets.

Lady Hair

Look at these handsome gentlemen with some full bodied locks. Photographer Asaf Einy shot these hunky models for the second issue of F.O.D., the Tel Aviv "man loving magazine".  The fabulous bouffants were styled by Sagi Dahary. Watch the behind the scenes video after the jump. 

A Peculiar Set

I love a good series of peculiar photos. This particular set comes from German photographer and artistic director Robert G. Bartholot for Wad Magazine. I love the stoic models positioned in poses recalling religious iconography as well as the austere setting of a wood box hovering in a field of blackness.

Print Crazed

I love the intense mixing of prints in this editorial for the march issue of Harper's Bazaar Korea. I also like the mix of high/ low pieces, i.e. Marni of H&M with Givenchy (above). See more after the break.

Burger Scope
